Welcome to BloomSocial AI.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BloomSocial AI platform, website, applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
BloomSocial AI is operated by *TAMPulse Technologies Pvt. Ltd.* (“BloomSocial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using BloomSocial AI, including installing or using the BloomSocial AI application for Slack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. About BloomSocial
BloomSocial AI provides AI-powered tools designed to help businesses and teams plan, create, manage, analyze, and optimize digital and social media activities and workflows.
Certain features of the Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including Slack, social networks, analytics platforms, and other business applications.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, “you” and “your” refer to that entity.
3. Your Account
You may be required to create or connect an account to access certain features of the Services.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that all activities conducted through your account comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that users accessing the Services through your organization are authorized to do so.
4. Slack Integration
BloomSocial AI may provide functionality that integrates with Slack through the Slack API.
By installing or authorizing the BloomSocial AI Slack application, you authorize BloomSocial AI to access and process Slack data only as necessary to provide the functionality you have requested and authorized through the applicable Slack permissions and scopes.
4.1 Use of Slack Data
BloomSocial AI will use data obtained through the Slack API solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of the BloomSocial AI integration and Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements and policies governing the Slack platform.
We do not sell Slack data.
We do not use Slack data to train public or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
BloomSocial AI will not intentionally provide users with access to Slack information that they would not otherwise be authorized to access within Slack.
4.2 Permissions
The Slack application may request specific permissions required for its functionality. The permissions requested will depend on the features you choose to use.
You acknowledge that Slack permissions are governed by Slack’s authorization process and applicable Slack policies.
4.3 Third-Party Platform Terms
Your use of Slack and other third-party platforms remains subject to the applicable terms, policies, and agreements of those platforms.
BloomSocial AI is an independent service and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Slack Technologies, LLC.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may allow you to connect third-party accounts, applications, or services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to connect and authorize such third-party accounts.
BloomSocial AI is not responsible for:
- The availability, security, or functionality of third-party services.
- Changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs, policies, features, or terms.
- Content, data, or services provided by third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to or create using BloomSocial AI (“Customer Data”).
You grant BloomSocial AI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and use Customer Data solely as necessary to:
- Provide and operate the Services.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Provide customer support.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Improve the performance and functionality of the Services in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide Customer Data to BloomSocial AI and to authorize its processing through the Services.
7. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain BloomSocial AI features may use artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies to generate recommendations, insights, summaries, content, analyses, or other outputs.
AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular context.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, or acting upon them.
BloomSocial AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content or recommendations will be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for every purpose.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other high-stakes decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Access systems, accounts, data, or information without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
- Engage in spam, fraud, deception, impersonation, or abusive conduct.
- Circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or platform limitations.
- Use the Services to collect, export, or exploit data in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Use the Services in a manner that could harm BloomSocial AI, its users, third-party platforms, or the broader internet ecosystem.
We may investigate violations of these Terms and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
BloomSocial AI and its associated software, technology, branding, content, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BloomSocial AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BloomSocial AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Services.
10. Fees and Payments
Certain Services or features may require payment.
Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, subscription details, and payment obligations will be presented to you before purchase or through a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by BloomSocial AI.
We may modify pricing or subscription plans upon reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of confidentiality obligations, independently developed without use of confidential information, or lawfully obtained from another source.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable and secure Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
BloomSocial AI may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time, including to:
- Improve functionality.
- Address security or technical issues.
- Comply with legal or platform requirements.
- Respond to changes in third-party services or APIs.
Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to minimize material disruption to users.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
BloomSocial AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
- We are required to do so by law or a third-party platform.
- Continued access could harm BloomSocial AI, its users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease, subject to any applicable data retention or deletion obligations described in our Privacy Policy or applicable agreements.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
BLOOMSOCIAL AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOOMSOCIAL AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOOMSOCIAL AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BLOOMSOCIAL AI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloomSocial AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Customer Data or content provided by you in violation of applicable rights or laws.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangalore, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
20. General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BloomSocial AI regarding the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. BloomSocial AI may assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets.
