These Terms of Usage govern access to and use of BloomSocial’s website, applications, and services. By accessing or using BloomSocial, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. About BloomSocial

BloomSocial Inc. provides an AI-first social media operating system that enables teams to plan, create, publish, and analyze social media campaigns across platforms.

BloomSocial is provided as a software as a service offering.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be legally eligible to use platforms like BloomSocial, as per laws of the country you are located
  • You must provide accurate and complete account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account

BloomSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BloomSocial for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with platform integrity or performance
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misuse social platform APIs or violate third party platform policies

BloomSocial may suspend access if unacceptable use is detected.

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit or connect to BloomSocial.

By using the service, you grant BloomSocial a limited, non exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely to provide the services.

BloomSocial does not claim ownership over customer content.

5. Intellectual Property

All BloomSocial software, models, workflows, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned by BloomSocial Inc.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. AI and Automation Use

BloomSocial uses AI powered workflows to assist with content creation, campaign planning, and analytics.

  • AI outputs are generated based on user inputs and configurations
  • Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing
  • BloomSocial does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI generated outputs

BloomSocial does not use customer content to train public or third party AI models.

7. Third Party Services

BloomSocial integrates with third party platforms such as social networks and analytics providers.

BloomSocial is not responsible for third party services, policies, or availability. Use of third party services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are billed according to the subscribed plan
  • All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated
  • BloomSocial may modify pricing with prior notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

9. Suspension and Termination

BloomSocial may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Required payments are not made
  • Use poses security or legal risk

Upon termination, access to the service ends and data handling follows BloomSocial’s data retention policy.

10. Disclaimers

BloomSocial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

BloomSocial disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

BloomSocial’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BloomSocial in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloomSocial from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of third party platforms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

BloomSocial may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
